NACE

Hello!!!

For anyone in the wedding industry NACE is a common word in our vocabulary but for brides, it may not be an organization that you have heard of. NACE stands for the National Association of Catering Executives, it is also the "who's who" of the wedding industry. I am a proud board member of NACE and was so excited to see All Things Creative on the blog.

On April 15th there will be an event called Table Top WOW. It is the event of the year!!! A few companies sign up to showcase their talent and design amazing table top designs! Let me know if you are interested in coming.

It's the first day of spring!!! YEAH!!! What a B.E.A.utiful day!
Take a day like today to get out and get some inspiration for your big day. Maybe a walk in the park will inspire a natural themed wedding or a trip to the museum will have you planning a reception at the Henry Ford Museum. Make sure to contact me for any questions you may have.
Don't forget that I have added a text message option and a consultation. The consultation is a great option for the couple that doesn't need an event coordinator or day of assistant but wants to make sure they are on the right path.

I'm so excited.... and I just can't hide it!!!

ATC by Rachel, All Things Creative, All Things Creative by Rachel, what ever you call it, we are on the front page of most google searches!!!! This is so exciting for me and the company! As mentioned in my previous post, I added a couple of new services to better meet the needs of my clients. In the months to come, I will be adding more value to the list of services that are provided. I am constantly trying to think outside of the box and really wrap my head around what will be best for you. If you ever have any feedback or suggestions, I am open to them.

New services

Just in case you didn't see the new additions on our service page... I have added a consultation option and a text message service. The school of thought behind both...

Consultation~ Some brides and grooms just don't feel that an event planner or day of assistant is necessary but may feel they need a little guidance. The consultation will last 2-3 hours on average and starts at $150. In the consultation we will review budget, timeline, vendor referrals, ways to cut cost, etc.

Text Message~ This is FREE to everyone although standard text messaging rates may apply. Sounds like the end of a phone commercial :) My thought behind the texting is that we are a generation of instant gratification. We are highly technical and want answers to our questions NOW! If you are in a meeting with a vendor and something doesn't sound right or you aren't sure what questions to ask just send me a text message and I will get back to you ASAP!

I have had quite a few brides take advantage of this.

YEAH FLOWERS!!!

My previous post about loving yellow and black must have sent a message out to the wedding Gods because I got an awesome opportunity to create two centerpieces for the Whimsical Occasions bridal show. One of the two tables was a yellow and black table!!! I was so excited! The other table was a pink and green table. I was so excited for the opportunity and so proud of the outcome. I LOVED the centerpieces I created and I was so sad when it was time to throw them out :( I hope you enjoy the pics! Let me know what you think!


I took these pictures at home once I finished the centerpieces. Once I upload the pictures from the shows I will post them. That will be goal for tomorrow so stay tuned! :)
